2019 Boot Camp (10U & 12U)
We call it Boot Camp for a reason! The players will be pushed beyond their comfort zone each and every day. During the early ice sessions, we will carry tires, push nets, crawl on our knuckles & toes, and power skate. For dry land, we will exhaust the legs, core, and the arms with military style training. Then for the later ice sessions, we will race & battle for pucks, compete in tight areas of the ice, and learn to make hockey plays under difficult conditions.
Dates: August 12th-15th
9:00-10:15 AM Rink 1
11:45-1:00 PM Rink 1
